📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash register, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and customers simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed customer service standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Fluency in Indonesian, with basic English skills a plus.
