As a Part-Time Accounts Assistant at Mah Sing Plastics Industries, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with bank reconciliations. You'll work with our Finance team to ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and reported. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Process invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports.
- Support the Finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and reported.
- Work closely with the Finance team to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance department as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Flexible availability to work part-time hours.
