As an Interior & MEP Drafter at PT Gita Agung Pratama, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and other designers to create detailed drawings and plans. You will use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 to produce high-quality, accurate, and efficient designs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed and accurate interior design and MEP drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to develop and implement design solutions.
- Ensure drawings and plans meet project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Review and revise drawings to address feedback and ensure compliance with project goals.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely execution of designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in interior design and MEP systems.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of design concepts and strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design and MEP drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative and detail-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian.
