📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit accurate customs entries using the SIMC (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Customs) system.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Process and manage import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Conduct customs clearance procedures for cargo, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve customs-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of customs transactions.
• Stay updated with changes in customs regulations and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their customs-related inquiries and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance and international trade operations.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
• Familiarity with the SIMC system and other customs-related software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
