📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and systems, including computers, printers, and network devices.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring optimal operation and availability.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and setup of new hardware and software.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities for future reference.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures.
• Support the IT team in preparing reports and documentation related to hardware and system maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of hardware components, operating systems, and network fundamentals.
• Familiarity with common IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
