📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Provide training and support to users on the use of technical documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the improvement of existing documentation and processes,Work with cross-functional teams to gather and organize information for documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Familiarity with software development processes and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficient in using technical writing tools and software
