📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and analyze structural systems for new restaurant locations.
  • Ensure that all structural designs meet relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Work closely with construction team to ensure that buildings are safe and functional.
  • Review and approve construction drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure that construction is proceeding according to plan.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to construction team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in structural design.
  • Participate in project planning and scheduling activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
