📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise the store design and visual merchandising team to ensure the successful execution of the 6-month project.,Develop and implement creative store layouts that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.,Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure optimal product placement and display.,Oversee the installation and setup of store fixtures, displays, and signage.,Conduct regular store audits to monitor performance and make necessary adjustments.,Work closely with the marketing team to align store design with promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Provide training and guidance to team members to maintain high standards of work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Interior Design, or a related field.,Proven experience in retail design and visual merchandising, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.,Strong knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinking with a strong eye for detail.,Proficiency in using design software and tools.,Fluency in English is a must, while knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
