📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure work meets standards.,Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and contractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with construction software and tools.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
