Hokian Intan Tea is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to our culinary excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met.,Manage kitchen inventory and restocking.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Oversee kitchen operations during peak hours.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of culinary excellence and food safety.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Valid food handler's certificate.
