📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Coordinate training and development programs,Maintain HR records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives
