📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the ship, including navigation, cargo handling, and crew management.
• Ensuring compliance with all maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitoring and maintaining the ship's safety and security systems.
• Conducting regular safety drills and emergency response exercises.
• Managing the ship's crew, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Reporting to the company's headquarters on the ship's status and any issues that arise.
• Ensuring the timely and safe delivery of the ship's cargo.
• Maintaining a log of all ship's activities and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in maritime operations.
• Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MMC) or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of safe and efficient ship operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Experience with remote work is a plus.
