📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures
  • Conduct product testing and inspections
  • Identify and document quality issues
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality problems
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Provide feedback to design and production teams
  • Train and mentor junior QA staff
  • Continuously improve quality processes

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in QA in manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
  • Proficient in using QA software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (both written and spoken)
