📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all financial accounting processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage tax compliance and planning, ensuring adherence to all tax regulations and optimizing tax efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and other key stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting and tax laws, and provide training and guidance to the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial accounting and tax, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for financial accounting and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
