📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's learning and development objectives.,Identify and assess training needs and gaps within the organization.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.,Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to create a culture of continuous learning and development.,Analyze and report on training program outcomes and ROI.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
