CV Property Akasia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shop, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the shop, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing excellent product knowledge.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance and service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Monitor shop performance metrics and report to management on sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales and customer service efforts.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment that reflects the company's brand and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or shop assistant role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving shop performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
