📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of shop assistants, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, sales targets, and customer service standards.,Train and develop new staff to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.
