📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the accounting department, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and ensure they meet their performance targets.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring all tax obligations are met.,Conduct financial audits and prepare audit reports.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
