Shop Bay Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Junior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Magetan. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and provide a warm welcome.,Answer and direct inquiries about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions.,Check in and out guests, and process payments.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Assist with front desk operations and duties as assigned.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally.,Provide information about local events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Basic computer skills, including email and word processing.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
