📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate contracts, technical specifications, and other critical documents between Mandarin and English with high accuracy.
• Facilitate communication between international clients and local teams, ensuring clarity and cultural sensitivity.
• Review and edit translations to maintain consistency and quality.
• Assist in the preparation of business proposals, reports, and other documents for international audiences.
• Stay updated with industry trends and terminology to enhance translation quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
• Manage and maintain translation databases and tools for efficient workflow.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on translation best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in translation, preferably in the manufacturing or trade industry.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
• Certification in translation (e.g., Certified Translator, ATA Certified) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in international trade or business communication is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
