Sentral Cahya Medical Center is looking for a talented Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office and from home, providing a flexible work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales activities.,Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with potential and existing clients.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and prospects.,Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical services.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business culture.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
