📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Oversee inventory management and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or management role in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and best practices.
