As a Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for daily maintenance tasks, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces. You will use industry-standard tools such as cleaning machines, vacuum cleaners, and steamers to deliver exceptional results. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Use cleaning machines, vacuum cleaners, and steamers to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for any signs of damage or maintenance issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Restock and maintain supplies, including cleaning chemicals, linens, and toiletries.
• Follow and enforce housekeeping protocols and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by maintaining a high level of professionalism and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with industry-standard cleaning tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
