📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Accurately interpret between Mandarin and Indonesian for international clients, medical staff, and management
• Facilitate smooth communication during medical consultations, treatments, and administrative meetings
• Stay updated on medical terminology and protocols to ensure accurate interpretation
• Assist in patient education and counseling sessions, ensuring clear information delivery
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Collaborate with the clinic's management team to improve communication processes
• Participate in staff training sessions to enhance your interpretation skills
• Handle any emergencies or urgent situations that may arise during interpretation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of experience as a professional interpreter in a medical or healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Professional demeanor and strong sense of confidentiality
• Familiarity with medical software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bachelor's degree in Interpretation, Translation, or a related field (preferred but not required)
