Toko Kirana Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Nusa Dua. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 8.000.000 to Rp 12.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant and its services.,Manage reservations and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Assist with guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer software and booking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
