📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS.,Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure operational efficiency.,Oversee the financial reporting process, including month-end and year-end close procedures.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular audits of financial processes and controls.,Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Collaborate with external auditors and other stakeholders to address audit findings and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal control and financial reporting.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification, such as CPA, CMA, or CFA, is a plus.
