📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our international guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of guest activities and events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and interactions.
  • Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Promote and uphold the company's values and policies, ensuring a positive and professional work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and the management team, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local culture, customs, and attractions in Bali is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid work permit and visa for Bali, Indonesia.
