📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the makeup formulation team, ensuring the development of high-quality and innovative products.,Conduct research and development activities to improve existing products and create new ones.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.,Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to guide the development of new products.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.,Manage the budget for the RnD department and ensure efficient use of resources.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior team members.,Represent Gloria Origita Cosmetics at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, preferably in a RnD or formulation role.,Strong knowledge of cosmetics formulation, including skin chemistry and product stability.,Experience with regulatory affairs and compliance in the cosmetics industry.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with industry software and tools is a plus.
