📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage procurement.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and to increase sales and revenue.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and to make data-driven decisions.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that the food is prepared and served to the highest standards.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, food hygiene, and employment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success.,A strong understanding of the restaurant industry, including food and beverage trends, customer service, and marketing.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,A passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,A valid food handler's permit and a clean driving record is a must.
