Berkah Joko Health Center is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR goals align with business objectives.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in any other duties as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
