📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth and meet targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong customer service orientation and a passion for retail.
