📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the production line, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure product consistency.
  • Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies for production.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.
  • Report to management on production progress and any issues that arise.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Experience with production scheduling and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO 22000 or HACCP standards is a plus.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • Indonesian language skills are a bonus.
