📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of food and beverage areas, including tables, equipment, and restrooms.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
• Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate billing.
• Following health and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic workspace.
• Providing feedback to management on guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role is a plus.
