📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax returns.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
